Message from Nigel
While I was working at Fukuoka Prefectural University and Fukuoka Women's University, I organised overseas study trips and took groups of 25-35 students to England. They enjoyed studying English, meeting British university students, visiting some of England's beautiful places, and teaching Japanese culture to primary and junior high school children. I enjoyed this work so much that I decided to open my own English study centre in the UK. I know that it is difficult for Japanese university students to improve their English while they are living in Japan because there are few practical classes and they have few chances to speak with native speakers. Therefore, I hope that many students will come to my centre in England and really enjoy learning English and seeing the beautiful sights. I'd like to act as a bridge between our two countries.
